AUS was contracted through a Master Services Agreement to conduct an underwater condition survey at Boundary Dam. The survey was of the forebay north wall and the mouth of the six intake tunnels to identify any spalls, cracks, and general concrete erosion. AUS was deployed for an emergency call out to survey concrete and debris inside the intake structure for the turbines at Diablo Dam. AUS dive crew salvaged two vessels on Lake Washington which sank after catching fire. The vessels salvaged were a two-story house boat and a power boat. AUS divers skillfully attached lift bags to the sunken vessels and raised the vessels from the bottom of the lake.
AUS was contracted by American Cruise Lines to remove a mooring line that had been wrapped up in the ship's propeller. An AUS diver successfully removed the line so the American Pride could resume its way to Clarkston, Washington. AUS responds to an emergency call at the Dalles Marina as a fire raged through, burning house boats and docks. AUS mobilized an emergency response team to mitigate environmental damage from the fire and monitor docks for spot fires. AUS subsequently salvaged and disposed of burned docks.
